My primary focus is my full-time job.

This means that I am selective about where I spend my time because I don’t have much of it. And, I am super careful about the type of work that I do to avoid potential conflicts of interest.

I seek work that aligns with my values.

I ask myself: Will this project create value for the world? Will it fill up my cup? Will it contribute to the conversations that I think are important? Will it help the type of people I want it to help? Does it align with my values?
